“Very unprofessional experience. This beauty supply store advertises that it closes at 8:00 PM. Another young lady and I arrived at approximately 7:57 PM while the lights were still on reading open.. As we walked up to the door, the employees immediately turned the lights off and locked the doors before 8:00 PM. It was clear they were closing early, despite their posted business hours stating they close at 8:00 PM. If a store advertises that it is open until 8:00 PM, customers should be allowed to enter until that time. Closing early without notice is poor customer service and leaves a negative impression.”

“⚠️DO NOT GO HERE⚠️ I was extremely disappointed with the staff during my first visit to this shop. As a new resident in the area, I had hoped to make this my go-to location since it is conveniently located near my home. I am not surprised to see other negative comments regarding the customer service. Specifically, the woman working behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. The staff treated me with unwarranted suspicion, making me feel as though I was being monitored like a thief simply for trying to purchase my item and leave. I would much rather drive further away and pay more elsewhere than deal with such an unpleasant and unprofessional environment. I strongly advise potential customers to order their needed items online or choose a different business.”

“I tried to give this store another shot given my previous experience there wasn’t so bliss. I’ve had multiple visits to this store where I felt uncomfortable, but during my most recent visit, a conversation among staff about darker skin tones began as soon as I walked in. The timing felt targeted and unprofessional. Customers should feel respected and welcomed—not singled out based on appearance. I hope management addresses this. This is not the first time I’ve felt indirectly targeted at this store. I only shop here due to it being close by my home. From now on I’ll just choose a longer route to a different store.”
