  “Great experience after haven’t gotten my nails done in about 5 years. Went on Wednesday around 10:30a. No wait time as a walk in. My nails look amazing, $50 for my nails w/ gel polish and design , $70 for Zara pedi w/ paraffin wax and gel polish. I will definitely be back!”

  “Hadn’t been to a salon in 10 years, was given a gift certificate for ZaZas. Had a very nice experience, tech did exactly what I wanted with my nails, and the pedicure was so relaxing. Will definitely come back here!”

  “ZAZA NAILS WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. let's talk. Let's talk about how I paid $70 for these nails Friday night for a fill in. Kevin at Zaza's did them and I called the day before just to get an appt with him. Well, the chrome chipped off on my index finger and I stopped in there Saturday afternoon to get it repaired. The second I walked in the girl informed me Kevin wasn't there. I responded with "I'm from out of state, and I know Kevin isn't there but I need to get my nail fixed" she and van tell me that I can have a seat and wait. They were busy. I understand that I didn't have an appointment and I honestly didn't mind waiting. An hour goes by and I watched a customer who was there the night before at the same time I was walk in and IMMEDIATELY get her nail fixed by the lady I mentioned earlier. That upset me. I had been there for an hour at that time and how can she get it fixed immediately?! I approached Van and told him my situation. And he responded to me that I was Kevin's client and I would have to wait. I got super frustrated with him. You're telling me you're the owner of this nail salon and because your coworker (who is his BIL, btw) isn't there, I can't get the TIP OF MY NAIL REPAIRED? neither one of them even stopped to look at my nail. So if you feel like spending $70 on nails that the owner could give two craps less to fix, then zaza's is the place to go!”

  “Love Zaza! I go every 3/4 weeks for nails and a pedicure they are my favorite! Never tell me no for any design and always nail it. Amazing customer service. If you want a long term nail place. Go here. Everyone is so kind. 10/10 if I could give them 100 stars I would!”

  “I got the detox pedicure here. It’s cute inside! I had trouble finding the place. Their sign blends in with the store next door. Parking in this area is also horrible so plan ahead for that. No one offered me a drink until my pedicure was basically over but they apologized and were nice about it. They told me to relax while I enjoyed my drink and a refill. The pedicure was well done. I think the price is fair. Overall I enjoyed the experience and I will likely come back in the future.”

  “My teenage daughters got their nails done. We were walk-ins and it took about 2 hours from the time we walked in. That's less than the other places we've gone. The nail techs were friendly and had to free hand these designs except the butterflies. We'll definitely go back!”
