  “Very poor customer service. My husband and I had just arrived in the store and were looking around and the lady at the register kept watching us and making comments. At first she asked did we need help and then she told me their closing soon. We were probably in there for roughly 5 minutes. We weren’t the only ones there. There were several other customers inside. At that point, we felt harassed and left. When we arrived to our vehicle, we saw her standing at the door watching us! Read the reviews before shopping there. It was my first and last time shopping there. You all have products that attract more of the African American population. Yet, you all don’t like us but want our money. I hope that other competitors within that area put you all out of business.”

  “Ling Ling and her daughter were both RUDE!! How are you going to tell someone to “hurry up and leave because you’re about to close” and she was smiling. Very poor customer service and a lady was also storming out that she was being rude to as well. I wouldn’t dare spend my money here, PERIOD!”

  “Very poor customer service. Owners are unprofessional. Visited this store weekly for all of my supplies and last time I visited, I was sold a product of poor quality. 10 mins after leaving the store, I called back to inquire about an exchange. Was told I could. I even was willing to upgrade and spend more money. However, the owner refused to let me exchange and cursed me out in front of my children. I returned to the store today and was told to spend my money elsewhere. Do not shop here.”
