“If I could rate a 0, I would. I called yesterday and asked about a retwist on my locs and style. I was told to be there at 830a.m. I arrived at 815/820 sat in my Jeep until I looked up and the lady said to come in. I come in it was 1 person in the chair and another lady sitting in the front, I was told to have a seat in one of the styling chairs. After ne about 3-4 ppl walked in and they automatically started on their hair, now mind you I'm only get my locs retwisted and styled!!! So how you all start on them and didn't communicate with me🤔 now if you all was waiting a specific person, that should have been communicated!! Then when I leave, I hear someone say excuse me!!! Mane look, I sat there soe almost 2 hrs to have nothing did, nothing communicated or anything. I will never go back. Ya'll need to be more professional with the customer who is willing to spend their money.”

“Worst EXPERIENCE ever!!!!! I wouldn’t suggest anyone unless y’all wanna be there 6-7 hours getting your hair pulled & yanked on, hollering in your ear by the stylist!!! All the workers on their phone talking the entire time! A child running, hollering the entire time! I couldn’t wait to LEAVE!!! First and last!”
