“I had a very disappointing experience with one cashier during my visit. When I asked simple questions about prices and items, she seemed visibly annoyed and was abrasive in her responses. I asked about the price of purse , She said she didn’t know . So I tried to find the price myself When I pointed out that an item was marked $2.99 on the rack because she told me she didn’t know the price she dismissively said that was not the price, with an attitude.And if you previously said you didn’t know the price , How could you know it wasn’t 2.99 She eventually asked the manager to verify the price which she should have done at first By that point, I was already frustrated by how the situation was handled, so I asked the manager for assistance instead. I was shopping for a last-minute gift and fully intended to spend $100 or more, but because of the poor customer service, I only spent the minimum and left. This is not a reflection of all the cashiers—just this one individual., which is unacceptable in customer service.”
