  “Terrible experience. There’s no fade, missed spots, choppy lines, and uneven mustache trim. Why do we have prison techniques being used? Using a razor blade on a comb is crazy. Just use the scissors! Nothing about this cut is “ok”, nor is it “not so bad”. The whole time, I had an uneasy feeling about it all. I just knew the technique and feel of the cut was terrible. Then, the easy mustache trim that I just knew I was gonna regret asking for was uneven. The worst part of all this is that she didn’t say a word! You have to know when you do a bad job(or maybe you don’t). I mean, you have me right in front of you! You should own up to it, apologize, and discuss a remedy. I walked out hoping I was wrong, and that maybe showering off the hair will clear it up. No. It just made it more clear how bad it was. Please have a talk with your barbers. Never going back and I won’t recommend it either.”
