  “To the Owner of Beautiful Nails, I am writing because I had a very bad experience during my recent visit. I was treated rudely by multiple staff members, and the quality of my services was unacceptable. PEDICURE (Kelly) Kelly kept leaving my service to answer the phone, which made my appointment take much longer than it should have. She was also very rough with my leg, yanking and pulling in a way that was painful. I noticed she was not treating other customers this way, which made me feel disrespected. MANICURE (Jackie) Jackie did not listen to my requests, such as rounded edges on my nails. She got glue on my hands and asked me to pay before she even finished. Most importantly, she drilled my dip powder down too much, and now several of my nails are see-through. This is real damage to my nails and I am very upset about it. When I accidentally touched a nail, she raised her voice at me and made comments to her coworker. This was very rude and unprofessional. FRONT DESK When I tried to make a new appointment on my way out, the gentleman at the front desk spelled my name wrong. When I asked him to fix it, he became rude and irritated. He also refused to write down my specific requests for my next appointment. I have always enjoyed coming to Beautiful Nails, but this visit was very disappointing. I felt that I was treated differently from the other customers for no reason. I hope you will speak with your staff and make this right.”

  “Nail tech did the bare minimum, didn’t rub or massage my legs though it said it was included , commented on my nails being bad and just generally wasn’t pleasant and as soon as I paid she brushed me off and wasn’t very helpful …”

  “San and her group are artist and do a great job on my nails every time. They can do regular manicures or very artistic ones. Never disappointed”

  “1.5 hours later and two redos on one foot and four on the other and I went home with a substandard pedicure that I’ll redo at home. If this was the first time it happened, I’d be more forgiving, but this is incredibly frustrating. I use to give gift cards and such from Beautiful Nails, but will shop around now.”

  “I consistently have a good experience at Beautiful Nails in Richmond Heights, MO. Harry (owner) and staff are welcoming and pleasant to all no matter your age, race or gender. My nail technician today for my pedicure was Van. She did a fantastic job and I especially enjoyed the foot & leg massage.”

  “I went to this nail salon for the first time today on the recommendation of my aunt, and I was not disappointed! Emmy did an incredible job filling my acrylics from before Christmas, and made sure to check in with me throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be going back!”

  “I got a gel dip manicure. My nails chipped less than a week after getting done. I gave three stars because the facility was clean and organized but unfortunately the quality of the nail service could improve.”
