  “If I could give it zero stars I would ! I wanted pink and white acrylic and white tips With almond shape. The man doing my nails had to be coached through the entire process of missing, putting acrylic on part of my nail, the underneath of my nails, having caked up acrylic and then the shape of being oval instead of almond. Then, when it came to putting the polish on, he tried to send me off with unevenly painted white and lines that were not solid. I wish I would’ve taken a picture before I had him take it all off and just give me clear polish on top of the pink acrylic. Another worker tried to come over and tell me he did a good job and I said I’m not about to argue with anybody in here about how my nails look and I’m not walking out of the salon looking like that. I will never be going back here. this was the last straw for me with this place. Everytime I go it’s different issues !”

  “I've had my nails done more times than I can count never had discoloration from acrylic removal, never had a fungus. Etc. I swear they don't clean their drill bits or sanitize their equipment after each customer. I went for the convenience but I gotta find a new nail shop this is disgusting 👎👎👎👎👎”

  “I made an appointment and waited for 30 mins, I felt rushed the entire time. The nails look botchy, uneven, and she did a horrible job with the nail polished. Very disappointing, thought I would try this nail salon since it’s closer to my house instead of the other one in town but I will not be going there anymore”

  “Literally filled into my skin. I kept telling him and he literally laughed in my face I don’t even think he understood me. When I spoke with the manager I received a 15% discount which I could’ve said something about but my hands were burning I just wanted to leave. And they ALL file really aggressive. No training what so ever in here. Dirty and unsafe.”

  “I just got my nails done at star nails. As soon as I got home the polish is already coming off. One of the men in the shop did it. He was not good at all. My polish is already coming off and I got them done about 2 hours ago. I am going back up there tomorrow to get a refund. This is unacceptable. Never again.”

  “After getting my toes done with my daughter and then constantly criticizing that my toenails were too small multiple times and had multiple people come look at my feet, they did a fill. My nails and painted with gel paint. The fill overlapped my cuticles and my nail was not even with the fill. They ended up being bumpy and ugly.”

  “I LOVE Nina!!! She did an amazing job and I am super picky....will definitely be going back!!! My daughter also got her nails done and the lady was very sweet and gentle with her. It's a huge nail salon and it's very nice/up to date! Check it out and give it a try before reading all the negative reviews....”

  “They are really big! Did not have to wait. There are different priced pedicures. I got the 3rd one. I got the works! Foot massage, hot towels. I usually feel cheated when i get a pedicure because they are done in 20 min, but this took almost an hour! So worth it! I would suggest to get the most expensive one because of all of extra pampering.”
