“I popped in here and did a big circle as I was hoping for Hu Hot as I had a craving for Mongolian BBQ for lunch. Sadly, that restaurant has closed though they're still listed at the top of the marquee racing Rangeline. The strip mall has other options but none were lunchable today. Dentures and general dentistry, banking, mail salon, Great Clips, cell phone repair, cell phone sales, a FedEx Office and such. Firehouse Subs might have been a choice but I wasn't feeling like a sandwich today. It's in good shape, taking up the corner of Rangeline and East 20th, not too far from the Interstate. Perhaps they will update the signage as Hu Hot closed four months ago after a dozen or so years here.”
