  “I went to get my nails done for a senior photo shoot. Mind you, this is my cap and gown photo shoot. Usually, I just do my nails at home because I can do what I want, but today I didn’t have time to do them since my photo shoot is tonight. So, I went to Rockstar to get my nails done and showed them a reference photo of what I wanted, emphasizing that I wanted one of my nails long. She started doing my nails, but they were not the length I wanted. I paid $65 for nails that I don’t want. I’m going to rip them all off, and I’m so upset that I won’t have nice nails for my first senior photo shoot. If you like your nails long, do not go here because they do what they want, not what you want. here’s my reference photo versus what I got..”

  “If you go to be pampered, this was not the case for us. My granddaughter and I went to experience our very first tips with Christmas themed painting on our fingernails. The man that glued, filed my tips on, kept getting annoyed with me, and thats not fun. I got extremely upset but made the best of it for my 10 year old granddaughter. Although I did tell him how he made me feel. I didn't realize when getting tips they put on acrylic too! The girl who painted my nails did a good job. My granddaughters nails turned out good as well, her technician was fantastic with her. I'm grateful for that. It cost $140. Plus, a $20 tip. We were there a little over an hour. Be prepared when you sit down to have your hand ready, elbow down, coat off and don't budge.”

  “They got me in fast but the girl who did my nails didn’t do what I asked for. When I told her that I didn’t like the design she got mad and rushed to try to fix it and it still didn’t look like I wanted. She did not take her time on my nails which resulted in the CHIP on my thumbnail 2 days later.”

  “Rockstar is my go-to nail salon always. I haven’t had a negative experience since I started going here 2 years ago. I love the variety of services they offer and their work is impeccable, especially for the price. This most recent time I went for Halloween nails and was, again, completely satisfied with the service I received. If you are looking for professional, price effective service, this is the place to go!”
