“⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nail Me Good. Before coming in, I showed the nail technician a photo of exactly what I wanted. I was assured they could do the design. The first day I came, I was told they could not get me in and asked me to return the next day. The second day, I came back as instructed. After waiting and being told there was only one person ahead of me, I started receiving my pedicure. While I was there, I was again told I would need to come back another day. I explained that I had already made two trips and was not willing to be turned away again, especially because I had just graduated and needed my nails done for the occasion. Instead of taking the time to properly complete the service, the technician rushed through my nails. I paid $160 and did not receive what I requested. The nails look nothing like the inspiration photo I showed. The shape, French tips, color, and overall quality were not what was promised. When I expressed my concerns, I was told I would receive a free full set to make up for the situation. However, when I returned and showed the original design again, I was told I would still have to pay extra for the white tips and design. That is not a free set. I should not be charged additional money to correct work that was not done properly the first time. I am most frustrated by the lack of professionalism, the multiple trips, the wasted time, and paying a premium price for results that did not match what was promised. I expected better customer service and accountability. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.”
