“I have gone to this place for over 8 years and I have managed to keep the same tech (most of the times) since I started. I have never had any complaints until last week. I went in for my pedicure and the tech left dead skin on both of my feet. I asked the tech to remove the skin, and she seemed to not understand what I was saying. I requested to speak with the manager and this employee came over and made made excuses suggesting that the remaining skin was due to cracking. I have never had this issue before, and I have gone to other salons and I have never had to complain. The skin was not removed and the staff seemed to not really care. I will not be returning to this place, and these people are only there for your money. There is no real customer service.”
