  “I will not be back any time soon. When I asked for acrylic removal, and specifically asked for a soak, a gentle removal, and a buffer/oil of my natural nails, the employee used a fake nail to pry my acrylics off. So, so painful, damaged one of my nails, and she didn’t seem to notice or care. I did not receive natural nail care. Then she charged me $10. This is not the first time this has happened to me. In addition, dip/gel is not done with much care, so there’s almost always lumps, debris, or uneven coats. I found a different salon in Holland and have received better care there. The environment is much calmer, and the employees actually talk with me, unlike this salon, where the employees seem to always be yelling at one another.”

  “Love these guys! They are super efficient! Luann ( owner?) has an amazing memory- she recognizes my voice on the phone! They always have time for you! Once, when they could see my dog was waiting in the car, they told me to bring her in! Uma loved it! Definitely recommend this little spot in Zeeland!”

  “SANG (Sam?) is my go to. He is Gentle, thorough and does my nails so pretty♥️ The salon is CLEAN! Relaxing! Even when it’s busy, it still seems quiet and relaxing. The staff there are so nice. Pricing is the same at most places, so why go anywhere else?!”

  “I needed a walk-in appointment ASAP because I ended up getting the day off for a special events and didn't think I was going to go so I never made a nail appointment anywhere in town. Of course it's Saturday morning and I'm calling every single place to see if any of them are taking walk-ins today and a lot of them are telling me that they're busy and sorry that they're all booked up but Zeeland Nail and Spa came through and got me in. They were very nice when I called in the morning and said that they would be accepting walk-ins after 1 and I arrived and I was able to sit down and pick my color within three minutes of walking into the establishment. My Nail Tech was very nice and patient with me because the color I had picked wasn't in the stocked and then another color I had pick didn't turn out to be the same shade as it was on the plastic now and she was very patient with me choosing colors. She did a great job with buffing my nails and making my nails short. I have to have them short due to my job and she did a great job in asking and checking many times if they were short enough to my preference.”
