  “I went to this place today and noticed that the guy (Henry) didn't wash his hands after servicing a customer. He just said, "Sit" took my hand and start filing. I asked him politely to wash his hands. He immediately became aggressive! "You go and wash your hands." If they're not washing their hands, then there's no telling what else they aren't cleaning! That's a Zero for me!”

  “These are the laziest ppl. I came in to get a full set and design and obe of the employees came out of the back half sleep..i showed her a design and she told me the lady that does them was off..when in reality it was her..she just didnt want to do them.. pathetic! I won't be back and i wouldn't suggest abyone go here!”

  “I came in with Gel X on my nails and requested a fresh shellac set, expecting a routine service. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had. My nails were soaked in acetone for nearly 45 minutes, which severely dried out my fingers. The technician was rough with my hands and careless in his work. When he finally removed the Gel X, there was still residue left behind—dried shellac under the tips and buildup around my cuticles. I noticed my natural nails had started curving inward, and when I asked about it, he confirmed it was from the prolonged acetone exposure. Despite this, he went ahead and glued down new tips over the warped nails, which didn’t sit flush due to the curvature. Rather than correcting it, he proceeded to apply the shellac on top, creating a weird double-layered look that was just sloppy. Hours later my fingers are still throbbing from how rough he files the sides of my nails. The paint job was rushed and uneven, and overall, the final result looked unprofessional. I paid $50 for a set that I honestly wanted to remove as soon as I walked out. I should have trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. Would not recommend this place if you’re looking for quality, care, or attention to detail. *Edit: 12 hours later and I already have hair getting stuck in the dried shellac (see pic)”
