  “01/13/24 Three years ago, I gave this salon 5 stars. Unfortunately, that was not my recent experience. Pros-friendly phone voice, accommodating schedule Cons- No price transparency. Some nails were lifting, so they claimed they had to redo the set, which I questioned since most of my acrylics were firmly in place. The tech tried removing my 3 wk old acrylics by inserting his own overgrown thumb nail between the acrylic and my natural nail. I don't know him, and I've never had a tech use their own fingernails to pry mine off. Then he got a plastic nail tip and pried the acrylic from my little finger. He tore most of the natural nail layers off, leaving a super soft, thin layer that peeled down. It was painful. They seemed irritated when I requested the remaining acrylic be soaked off, but they obliged. The tech never spoke to me again during this appointment. I requested the art I had seen in a picture online. What she did was sort of the same but not as detailed. I left feeling as though I had inconvenienced them. I felt overcharged, as their prices aren't posted anywhere. They charge extra for debit cards, also not posted, and they seemingly charge everyone different prices. So different from the last time I was here. 12/21/21Excellent service. Attentive to details. 5 star”

  “DONT GO THERE, RUN GO TO ANOTHER NAIL TECH. I came for a fill in last week, they kept saying my nails are old and I need a new set. I told them I just got them done last week and they insisted on putting on a new set. I come back 2 days later and ask for a fix the lady in the front starts yelling telling me to leave the nail salon and starts cursing in their own language and yelling and screaming she’s not doing my nails I paid $120 for a mani and pedi on Friday I came back and the place was empty I was the only one waiting. I chose a color and insisted on waiting their saying I wasted their time so inconsiderate and rude from the moment I stepped in. I want my money back….you wasted my money and time so u professional not willing to accommodate to their clients.”
