  “Some hair dressers here are better than others, but I'm not sure what all the complaints about. As cheap or cheaper than lady janes, very efficient, and they tend to give you a decent haircut.”

  “I have had really good experiences in the past but now I can’t even get thru to make an appointment. I have left messages before and I never got a return call. Then when I did get thru the one time the woman I spoke to was very short with me and said to call back next week. Seriously? She couldn’t set up an appointment? In fact before I could ask for one she hung up. Its too bad because I did like the way my hair was cut. Not sure what is going on there now but I think it best to take my business elsewhere.”

  “Toni is my all time favorite. I've had the pleasure of having my hair cut by her for a number of years. Always friendly and professional and she takes the time to make sure the cut is high quality. I don't know what I'm going to do when she retires but I wish her all the best and am just glad to have had the opportunity to get to know her and have her keep my from looking like a slub!”

  “The lady that cut my hair was pretty and friendly. ( characteristics not easily found paired together in most women today) she did a great job and treated me with respect. She was fun to talk with.”

  “Very very subpar experience. $19 +$5(tip) for haircut and neck shave. Felt worse than $8 great clips haircut. Beth was my hair dresser. Very uncared and lethargic haircut which was over in less than 5 mins. I will not recommend anyone to go here. please find a better place than this one. Thank you.”

  “The girls here are great. They do an excellent job every time I go in. Definitely give them a shot next time you need a cut. Prices recently went up about 10% but it's worth the extra to have a consistent experience each time. Been going since week one and haven't had an issue yet.”

  “The girls at Scores do a great job. At other, cheaper places I am usually unimpressed with my haircut. But after about 8 cuts now, every one has been fast, perfect and no more than 10 or 15 minutes. Free drinks is a nice addition too.”

  “All ages not welcome. I brought in my son ~2yrs for a haircut. We waited about 15min before the stylist informed me should would not cut his hair. I've taken him to other Scores Locations(Livonia) and they gladly cut his hair. Don't advertise all ages welcome if it's not true.”

  “Being cute doesn't make you a good hairdresser. Only one person was working at 530 pm on a weekday.. waited 10 min to be told it would be another 15 before they even got to the guy before me...no one talked to me. Small place with lack of business sense.”
