“I’ve been a client for 2 years although not anymore. The place looks nice however they are inconsistent in my opinion. I’ve been cut by Melaad & Brian, I’d say their mannerisms are pleasant however I feel like they both rush through haircuts. I showed Melaad a video from what he did previously to me & even showed him it again because he asked and he still botched me as if he was cutting my hair with blindfolds on. I asked for a blowout taper and he left 0 bulk in the back and the cut was choppy, terrible, not what I asked for and at the end of the cut he didn’t even offer a mirror which they usually do and I was expecting it to be as good as the time I went before but as I got into the car to check my hair some more that’s when I realized he messed me up. I would show a photo of the haircut but it’s too embarrassing to show. They also charge $30 which is a bit pricey for the service they do. I later called him on the phone telling him about my haircut and he offered to cut my hair for free the next time I come but why would I give him another chance when I had my trust in him to do good just as the time before? I get that accidents happen and I forgive him but he should’ve told me that he messed me up. I’d be wary before coming here, I recommend doing your research and find someplace else.”
