“The back and sides looked good but she cut off my curtain bangs that I wanted and they are so uneven now, I didn't want her to cut so much 😭😭😭 I asked for longer bangs to help profile my face better but now it just looks like a bowl cut which I hate. She thought curling everything would make it look better but it didn't. Stacey kept blowing the hot air on my scalp which hurt a lot. The hairdryer got so hot on my head that my scalp has been aching for hours. I had to tell her to cool it down and felt like the worst burns in my life. Update: still got a headache from the heat burner used on me, which also led to me not being able to sleep. Noticed my hair and scalp were very dry afterwards. My hair follicles feel damaged now, and I liked my hair so much better before I arrived. It was healthier and thicker before and now it's ruined. It's lost the volume I've worked years to build up. To top it off, I paid $34 for the worst haircut I've ever had. I'm devastated because my hair is important to me and I wanted to take care of it as much as possible. Was holding back tears and had to tell her it looked good because you can't fix something that has already been cut, and I didn't want her to make it worse. Definitely not going again unless I want to destroy my hair.”
