  “I’ma just start off saying I had the worst experience ever at connection Nails I went in for a filling Nails and for pedicure as I was sitting down for my fill-in. The lady did my nails she asked me was they nice? I explained to her yes I like them. I explained to her yes I like them she got up to go and run my water. I explained to her I had to use the bathroom really quick when I came back. I set my feet in the water. The lady came around the corner and said we’re busy can you wait 30 minutes or you can go someone Else I explained to her why would I wait 30 minutes or go somewhere else when the water is right here in my feet are already in it she didn’t go to say why would you want to get your feet done here? If you don’t like your nails, I explained to her I never said I didn’t like my nails. I love them. I told the lady I like them she didn’t go to say I overheard you on the phone saying you didn’t like your nails I explained to her ma’am you never heard me say over the phone. I didn’t like my nails and even if I did, why would you be listening to my conversation, she did proceed to tell me I need to get up so I goes to the door I ask can I speak to the manager or the owner of the building? The owner of the building came up I explained to what was going on he said that he don’t wanna be a part of what’s going on and walked off waving his hand. I feel like this is very embarrassing And very unprofessional. The customer service was very, very, very unprofessional and rude. I left embarrassed and belittled would never recommend this to anyone. I wouldn’t even recommend this for my dogs and as I stated earlier, the nails are beautiful and I still love them, even though I was treated poorly, unkind and thrown out like oh dirty rag”

  “They used to do really good work. I had stopped going there because the quality of work dropped off dramatically. I gave them another chance today. My mistake. Flooded cuticles, crooked nails, thick and bumpy. So disappointed.”

  “I have been here multiple times only for pedis and they have been amazing. Decided to give the dip powder set w/tips a try. Never again, the woman who did my nails ignored me telling her my nail beds were thin and burnt me with the drill, she seemed annoyed that I wanted tips added and claimed they wouldn’t look natural…I get that, but I know dip powder doesn’t look completely naturally regardless. The shape is off, nails are lumpy, the only pretty thing is the color. I was so upset I just paid, tipped and left. Another client that was sitting next to me inside approached me in the parking lot and had stated the same tech had done the same to her. I’m not trying to bash but be cautious when getting this service there. Off to kzoo to have them fixed.”
