“I will never in my life shop at this beauty supply store again. So sad that I had to make a decision to stop supporting you all— a beauty supply store that I’ve shopped at since I was a child, I never stole from you, never disrespected anyone, and was a loyal customer. I shopped at the store today to get some hair rinse, I must’ve been moving too fast because I picked the wrong color. Called the beauty supply store hours later once I opened the bag and realized it was the wrong color to come in and get the right color. Keep in mind, THE ITEM IS UNOPENED AND WAS BOUGHT THE SAME DAY, all I needed to do was come in and GET THE CORRECT COLOR. They refused, and kept repeating “We have never returned chemical products”. I spent so much money with you all, and if it wasn’t for the people in this community, you wouldn’t even have a job. Im so disgusted and disappointed at how I was treated today. And I look forward to the day where this place is no longer in operation.”
