  “When I called to make my appointment, I was very specific about the service that I wanted. I told the person on the phone that I just wanted my toenails Drumble down and I want fake toenails put on and I have my own that I’m bringing in and I asked if that was OK. He said yes. But when I came in from my appointment. I was told that they couldn’t use my products that they had to use their own products. That is understandable. But it’s the way they went about it. That was terrible. My nail tech made me feel like they didn’t want me there. The whole time I’m there every other nail tech is having nice conversations with their clients. Not mine! She was very Curt and rude. All she did was tell me to pick my feet up and in and out of the water the whole time. She never asked me how I was. There was no pleasant chitchat. Once she found out that I didn’t want to use their products. It was as if she just wanted me out of there. Just because I only wanted the bare minimum service doesn’t mean I should get treated with the bare minimum respect. I left their feeling embarrassed and unwanted. I will never be going back again.”

  “First time coming here, I booked an appointment for a full set. The salon is beautiful and I loved how many colors they had to choose from. However my nails are very chunky and the paint is splotchy. My stylist was pulling on my hands constantly and flicking them out of the way. She pulled my finger so hard it cracked. She also burnt me with the drill a handful of times. $60 for a full set isn’t bad however the service sucked. Plenty of other salons that charge $15 less and will provide a much better experience!”

  “I went there for the first time the other day to get my birthday nails done. Im glad I made an appointment, bc the place was bumpin. My nail tech was friendly and polite. Im still kind of new to acrylics, and he insisted I get fill-ins instead of a new set, to save me some money, which i really appreciated. He did a fabulous job and I love them!”

  “Although the staff is friendly and inviting, I’ve been there twice now and still have yet to get the color I ask for. The techs talk you out of what you KNOW you want. My accent nail is nowhere near what the picture I provided looks like. Even another nail tech pointed it out to the girl who did mine. One swipe with the glitter ain’t cuttin it. I said I originally wanted a matte gray and was told if I asked for that, she wouldn’t have serviced me. Not cool. Very disappointed. Going elsewhere TODAY to get the look I’ve now asked for twice from Sky Salon. I also never got the hand massage that was supposed to come with the premium service.”

  “It was great experience for me and daughter did our nails done today for the first time ever tried the acrylic nails and my daughter had her nail gel with art. Joe is good tech he knows what he is doing. I don't know the name my daughter's tech but she really did good as well designing my daughter's short nail. Thank you so much guy's!”

  “I moved up here in December 2022. I had been going to my old nail salon for 15 years so it's a big deal for me who does my pedis and manis. I decided to try Sky Salon and I am so happy I did. I think they give phenomenal service and I go about every 2-3 weeks. I have had the pleasure of having 4 technicians so far. All of them are kind and know me by name and want to get to know me. They even remember the last conversation we might have had and follow up on it. To me, that's customer service.”
