  “Monica was seriously amazing. I came in with my wife as a walk-in and she ended up with Monica, and I just sat there watching the whole thing unfold. I’ve honestly never seen my wife light up like that before. Monica made her feel so comfortable, confident, and excited the entire time. It wasn’t just about the hair, it was the whole experience. And the end result… wow. My wife’s hair looked absolutely incredible. You can tell Monica really cares about what she does and the people she works with. It made such a difference.
