  “After being a loyal customer of Forever Nails for nearly two years, I’m disappointed to say that I will no longer be returning. I have typically seen Kevin, who consistently does an excellent job. Recently, I switched to Lilly due to scheduling convenience. She works quickly and the quality of her nail work has generally been good. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has become increasingly uncomfortable. Over my last several visits, I noticed that Lilly rarely greeted me, made eye contact, or acknowledged me during my appointments, while appearing much more welcoming and friendly with other customers. At first, I assumed I was being overly sensitive, but my most recent visit confirmed that something felt off. During the appointment, I had a cut on one of my fingers. Lilly repeatedly squeezed that finger while working, causing significant discomfort. When my hand would naturally tense up from the pain, she became visibly irritated and repeatedly told me to relax my hand, even after I explained that the pressure on the cut was hurting. She also nicked me with the drill while buffing my nails. While accidents can happen, there was no acknowledgment or apology. Additionally, although I arrived on time for my appointment, I was started several minutes late. That normally wouldn’t bother me. What did concern me was that with only a short amount of time left in my service, Lilly stopped working on my nails to begin another customer’s removal process before returning to finish mine. I was left waiting without any explanation, apology, or acknowledgment. I’ve never written a negative public review before, but after this experience, I felt it was important to share. Quality nail work is only part of the experience—customer service, professionalism, and respect matter too. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive the level of care and attention that long-term clients deserve.”

  “Kevin is an artist, period. The man is ridiculously detail-oriented and actually takes his time instead of rushing you out the door. I’ve been going to him for about 7 years and I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. They always look perfect and last forever. If you want your nails done right, Kevin’s your guy.”

  “This salon is very clean and AWESOME. All the ladies and Gents are amazing. They talk about what you want done and delivers perfectly. The work they do on your nails are flawless and I HIGHLY recommend. Make sure you go on line or call to make an appoint because they are busy due to how nice the salon is.”

  “I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and have never been as disappointed as I was today. I am sad to say I will be looking elsewhere for future nail appts. I get dip powder on my nails and I asked before my appt started if I could get 2 hearts on 2 fingers and was told yes. The nail tech, Rocky, showed me heart stickers that could be used. I was hesitant but let him show me what they would look like on my nails. I did not like the stickers so I asked if they could be removed. I then asked if the hearts could be painted on and was told no. I asked if another nail tech would be able to. Not one tech could spare approx a few minutes to do this for me, while I was sitting there for over an hour getting a pedicure from another tech named Sandra. During the pedi one of my toes was cut and burning. When I pointed this out I was told that she didn’t cut me when clearly I was cut by the nail file. While sitting for the pedicure I realized that not only is the dip powder not all the way to my cuticle, it is also not straight across at the base of my nails. I asked for almond shape and some nails are flat at the tips. Also, tiny pieces of the stickers that should have been removed, are stuck under the top coat on my nail. The pedicure took 2 hours and the polish also looks like it’s been grown out for a month. I told the manager, Vicky, that I was not happy that I spent 3 hours there and walked out like this. I was offered to have it fixed before leaving, but I had somewhere to be and could not stay any longer. I asked when in the future it could be done and they said they didn’t have anything available. Do not recommended wasting your time and money at this business. $90 and 3 hours lost for absolutely nothing.”

  “I was very hesitant to go here, because of some of the reviews. I am glad I took a chance. All the staff was friendly and my nails turned out great. Keep in mind they are appointment based. So if you just walk in you may not get service unless there was a cancellation. I will return again.”
