  “My mom and I come here for nails, I’ve never had any issues and have been satisfied with everything I’ve had done before. This time it’s a little rocky… I got French acrylic nails and French regular polish on my toes. My toes look pretty good, no complaints. However, the set of nails I got today look like they already need to be filled, filed down, and reshaped. It’s one thing if you’re busy but if that’s going to make you rush the nail job, I don’t think I should be charged that much. The mess up’s were happening and it truly didn’t bother me until I was done and realized my skin was stuck to my nails, the paint was scuffed from the mess ups and reshaping, and the polish is too thick. My fingers hurt currently, I’m giving it 24 hours though. I really do love this salon and coming here specifically for nails, but it just feels like I got a rushed job for someone who had a set appointment for getting a set put on.”

  “Took my daughter to get a full set of nails for both of us. Only one employee was available so I decided to let my daughter go first. After an hour of waiting the next employee got done and told me to wait for the person doing my daughter's nails to get done, and Took a person who had only been waiting for 10 minutes.”

  “I went in to get a new set of dip done, the lady was on her phone and my nails are all chipped and The ring finger on my right hand has a huge gouge out of the nail and it’s uneven. For the price that I paid, I am not impressed with the quality of my nails at all”

  “Awful experience. This was my first time ever getting my nails done, and I regret picking this place. They totally rushed, did shoddy work, their work stations were filthy, they made my cuticles bleed….do not go here under any circumstances. Should’ve listened to the one 1 star reviews instead of the 4 and 5 star ones. Not worth $45 plus tip.”

  “Normally I wouldn’t complain but I sat there from 2:40 to 5 o’clock and they didn’t listen to me I wanted them shorter, there all different sizes, the colors off and the paints chunky! Very disappointed🤦🏻‍♀️ …”

  “They took care of me for few hours because angel nail at Meijer didn't do right because 2 nails have green fungus on it from last time and today. Never happen to me. Maybe just once but 2 ughh.”
