“Went to get my hair cut, Ana did my hair, asked if I wanted face frame I said no, she said you should I said I hate how it makes my hair look, so she proceeded to start it until I asked her if that's what she was doing. I asked for the same length just a trim, she made the back of my hair long and the front sides short... I paid, I left, checked my hair when I got home, my left side was longer than my right, came back same day to fix it she said it was my fault cause I said no to a face frame. I said it's not even that's not the same thing. . . . Never going to her again. Only recommended Stephanie”
