  “I’ve tried to support this salon because it’s local, but unfortunately I’ve had several frustrating experiences. On multiple visits, I’ve been overlooked while waiting for service. There have been times when multiple staff members were sitting on their phones while I was waiting, and no one acknowledged me or provided an update on when I would be helped. It wasn’t until I waited over 10mins and mentioned that I was going to leave that someone finally got up to start my nails. There have also been occasions where I was seated and then left waiting while customers who arrived after me were taken ahead for pedicures. As a paying customer, it’s disappointing to feel like your time isn’t valued or respected. Granted I understand not all staff are able to do all services, but communication is key especially when you are waiting over 10mins in an assigned chair, only to be told it would be another 5 mins before the staff never arrived. I believe good customer service starts with communication and fairness. A simple acknowledgment, clear wait time, or sticking to the order customers arrive would make a big difference.”

  “If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in for pedi and a builder gel set. Pedi was mediocre at best. The water was cold, the worker had to put pure hot water in and mix it up for it to be tolerable. The “massage” was a short exfoliation/rub without using any strength. Nothing else was offered. The paint is ok, I could have done the same or better myself. My hands did not turn out good. There was zero shaping done after the builder gel was applied and dried so all of the flooding to the side nails, has stayed there. I attempted to point it out for correction and was met with hesitation and lack of understanding so I just left. I would not recommend anyone to go here.”

  “I have been coming to Nail Bliss for several months now and they are always on point!! Trinity is my girl and she’s AMAZING at nail designs. The rest of the staff is fantastic as well and I’ve had acrylics done by others here also. This is the only nail place for me! Star Wars Nails are the newest and had to be added. LOVE!!!! ❤️”

  “I brought my daughter in to get our nails done together, and I am super happy with our results! It was her first time getting acrylics and the smile on her face was priceless! Theo did a wonderful job. He really paid great attention to detail and took time to make sure each nail was perfectly even. I’ve felt rushed at other nail salons, and I didn’t get that here. You can tell that Theo takes pride in his work, thank you for making my daughters first nail experience so good!”
