  “I have been going here for many years and only using Lyn. She is the BEST. I decided last minute to get my nails done. I called first thing in the morning and asked them what they had available for a deluxe pedicure and manicure. They told me to come at 1:30. I got there at 1:30 and they had me go to the back room. I waited till 2:15 until someone came back. The lady was super fast and jamming my toe down. She asked me if the water was okay. It was freezing and it started that way. I didn't even keep my feet in it. I told multiple people it was cold and they told me they were so busy and ran out of hot water for the back room. I ordered the 40 dollar deluxe and she was done by 2:29 which was 14 minutes. I asked to talk to the person in charge and he was rude and short with me. He told me he had to check his cameras. I told him I could wait for him to do that. He yelled something at someone else and then tossed me a 20 dollar gift card. I won't be going back for pedicures again. This wasn't my first bad experience there but this was the worst. There are way better places in the area to go to.”
