  “Please take off Good for kids! We went in there today to have my grandson's hair cut and the guy was just plain rude! My grandson is 1 and a half, you could tell the guy didn't want to do it just by the smug look on his face, "can he sit" was his first words to us, then "if he starts crying Im out". Like really?? Thats how you treat people. Could have simply said I dont feel comfortable cutting his hair. We left and had a wonderful experience at Headlines in Fenton! Guess what..he didn't cry. Do better dude!”

  “I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Mug and Brush in Fenton. I called at 3:30 and spoke with a woman who told me they’d be open and that my barber, Phil, would be there until 4:30. She said she herself would be locking the doors at 4:45, but made it very clear—almost rude about it—that they would not be taking any new customers after that. Even though I know they have good stylists, the attitude was unnecessary. I still went ahead and sent my wife from Swartz Creek to Fenton to get our kid a haircut. She pulled into the parking lot around 4:28, and the same rude woman locked the doors and closed the blinds right in front of her—before 4:30. Now I had to scramble to find someone else last-minute to get his haircut. Thankfully, Headlines down the road had some compassion and got him in right away—and did a great job. Not impressed, Mug and Brush.”
