“Didn’t even let me explain thoroughly. I Showed a video for reference and Mentioned specifically I don’t want to cut too much off. Video showed the guy had long hair. Gentlemen ended up cutting off too much from the front leaving the hair uneven from back and front…. Walked out the place looking like a clown. I booked a touch-up appointment hoping to fix the issue, but somehow my hair turned out even worse than before. In total, I spent about six hours in the salon over two separate days, which ended up wasting a big part of my vacation. To make matters more frustrating, I was charged again for the touch-up. A reputable salon should take responsibility for correcting their own work without additional charges. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.Maybe they are fine with one single color. But I would never trust them again with my hair.”
