  “Emily was incredible. Sweet, kind and diligent. I walked in and had never been to Sassy nails before. Got a UV gel pedicure. Comfortable atmosphere. Nice massage chairs. Most importantly....   “Went in on a Friday for a mani pedi with my mom and sister. I got a builder gel manicure and I am very happy with it.( it was a tattooed male who did my fingers) my pedicure on the other hand was done by a different male and it felt rushed and pushy. My mom(who doesn’t get her nails done) had said earlier in the day she wanted regular polish on her fingers. I was sitting across from her and saw her putting her nails in a lamp. I said to her oh you got gel she said “no regular”. The main doing my toes said that they dry regular polish under the light sometimes. Ok whatevs. So then he goes to paint my toes and he applies the base coat. (I had told him twice at this point I wanted regular polish.) and uses the uv light to dry it. He then grabs the polish (it was the set with regular and gel) I notice he grabbed the gel and I reminded him again I wanted regular. He got a little huffy then proceeded to paint the regular over the gel base. I included pictures of both big toes so you can see the quality I am left with.( I also choose and paid for the upgraded pedicure) after paying and leaving I asked my mom what happened and she said she had asked for regular polish and just didn’t know any better.(she was charged for gel) I don’t mind trying to upsell to gel but when two people said they want regular and somehow got gel anyway seems a little scammy to me. So just be careful. I would like to shout out my fingers guy though. GREAT manicure!!!! Looks wonderful and he was quick.”
