“UPDATE: Today, 7/4/2026, Jimmy redid my pedicure. No massage or hot towels but he was very meticulous correcting the awful work T did. Thank you Jimmy!!! PREVIOUS REVIEW: I scheduled a regular manicure and spa pedicure. WORST pedicure I have ever had. He didn't follow the owner Natalie's instructions about the brush he should use. His name was T. He cut and made me bleed on right foot, second toe next to big toe. On my left foot the big toe is super crooked not matching other foot. Dead skin still on both feet. I asked him to rub harder on the less than 1 minute on each foot and calf and he shook his head no. First time I asked he ignored me. Both people who did manicure and pedicure disappeared and didn't come out from back room. I had to ask for someone to take my credit card and remove toe separators. This was my first and LAST visit.”
