  “My broker referred me here & told me who to ask for.He was excellent at 1st,even with his prices.As I started to come more,he started raising his prices.Overpriced but did good work.Lately he has been having an attitude & doesn't want to listen & do hus own thing. I told him to take all the overlay off & give me a fresh new set over my natural long curved nails.He said next time I dont wanna do your nails.So i said stop,you don't havecto,I'll take my money somewhere else. This is like the 3rd encounter with him & if he cant do what he wants to your nails,he complains about doing them again.I chose another tech before when this occurred,gave him time to get his act together,then used him again. Im putting him on blast because we give these folk our money & this is not good service.Plus you think I dont have a right to get what I want when im paying overpriced charges.I will spread the word & have none of my people give to that establishment anymore.And the techs name is Jaden!”

  “I recently visited VSpa for a pedicure with Titi. Although she arrived about 15 minutes late, I initially appreciated that she seemed to be taking her time with my service. However, after leaving and getting to my car, I noticed gel polish left on my big toe and, once I put on my glasses, realized the overall polish application was very messy. I immediately returned to the salon and was told to wait until Titi finished with her next client. Since I had to get to work, I asked if another technician could quickly fix the issue, but I was told she had to correct her own work. I then asked if I could return the following day, but was informed there were no available appointments. At that point, I requested a refund, but the front desk associate stated that it was beyond her authority. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager on site. I later requested a call from management, but never received one. I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for about three years, and John has always done a phenomenal job with my nails. I’ve only been getting pedicures there for the past year, which is why this experience was so disappointing. More than the quality of the pedicure, I was surprised by the lack of customer service and unwillingness to work with me to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I am disputing the charge with my bank and will not be returning.”

  “BLUF: Free Parking Prices comparable to area for quality Nian (my stylist) Free Refreshments Clean and Well Maintained Environment V Nails & Spa is amazing! I’ve been looking for a nail salon that is consistent for years and I’m so happy that I’ve found them. From Pedicure to Gel-X everything is always superb. Nian does my nails and she hits the mark everytime. She has the funniest personality and I really enjoy my time here. She’s definitely worth my 40 minute drive.”

  “Very disappointed and will not be returning. I’ve been going to this salon since 2015 and have never had and issue until today. Wednesday I went in for a full set and pedicure, the nails were thin however it’s late and i’m ready to go. Today I wake up and my color is peeling off my nails, there’s bubbles in the nails and they are bending from being so thin. I called them and they told me and they said I could come in to have the fixed. I asked if i could have someone else do my nails and they told me I would have to pay. We went back and forth for a while, I spoke with the manger and told him I spend too much money there for my nails to look like this . He proceeded to ask me how much I spent. When i told him he told me that was not a lot as people spend $300+. This comment really sent me over as assuming if you’re not spending that kind of money at their salon it does not matter. They have definitely went down hill with their quality of work and have no customer service, especially their front staff. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go if you’re not spending $300+ because clearly it doesn’t matter. They are overpriced for work that doesn’t even last a day. Half of the time they are rushing just to get on to the next person. Do yourself a favor and go to a salon that cares about their clients and work.”

  ““I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years, and I’ve never been disappointed. Peter does an amazing job every time, and I’m always getting stopped to ask where I go and who does my nails. People even take pictures! The place is always kept very clean, and they offer light refreshments while you’re being serviced. It’s always such a great experience. 1/27/26 - recently nail design update”
