  “5/31: I really had high hopes for this place because of the reviews. I was a walk-in customer and at the time I arrived, there was only one other client besides myself. I believe the nail techs name was Catherine, though she never formally introduced herself. I’m just assuming based on her Cash App. At first she seemed friendly enough, asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted a pedicure, fill, manicure, and wax. I was informed that there would not be enough time to accommodate the waxing service due to upcoming appointments, which I completely understood and had no issue with. My pedicure was fine. However, I was disappointed with my overall nail experience. Once two other clients arrived, which I assume was for their scheduled appointments, I began to feel as though my nail service was being rushed in order to accommodate them. I try not to be overly picky, but when I'm spending $205 on services, I do expect a high level of quality and attention to detail. My nails don’t even look like I just had them done! I had specifically requested a cat-eye color that was described to me as a gray shade layered under a brown shade to create a two-tone effect. Unfortunately, my nails did not resemble that look at all. Additionally, I always like to have glitter on my ring fingers. At one point, I simply asked whether another coat was going to be applied. The response I received was that she had been doing nails for 22 years and doesn't forget. My question was not meant to imply that she had forgotten—I was simply asking for clarification. The response came across as dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the experience and customer interaction left me disappointed. While I thanked her at the end of my appointment and said I would be back, I did not want to create a scene or make anyone uncomfortable. However, after reflecting on the experience and the final results, I have to be honest and say that I was not satisfied with the service. For the amount I paid, I expected a much better outcome and a more positive customer experience.”

  “My first time here and I was greeted right away (which is rare these days) and didn’t have a long wait even though I was a walk-in for a pedicure. I hadn’t had a pedicure during the winter months, so my feet needed a little love and they got it! Everything was clean, which means a lot to me. I would definitely come back.”

  “The salon is clean and comfortable, and Cathy is always pleasant and professional. I like that it’s an appointment only shop because that keeps down the street traffic, making it a safer environment. Definitely returning.”

  “catherine was very kind & made conversation with me here and there! she worked relatively fast which was great as i don’t like sitting for long periods of time. she was also flexible with me about pricing which i appreciated greatly! she gave me exactly what i wanted. i will be coming back!”

  “Excelente service! Was definitely a surprise at how everything just flows. I was a little nervous at first seeing only one person with 3 customers however WOW excellent all the way around. Yes it does take a while but the wait is more than worth it!!! Hot towel were a huge HUGE plus! Thank you!”
