“RUDE AND NASTY ATTITUDES!! I truly do not understand why the customer service is extremely poor and lacking in this establishment! I recommend you to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT WILL RESPECT AND APPRECIATE YOUR MONEY! Very PRICEY, especially considering being subjected to HORRIBLE attitudes! When I sat down to be serviced, I was literally told by KELLY, “I do not have time and cannot provide the service you requested!” Mind you, I disclosed what I wanted ahead of time when I made the appointment. All sets below have been done here by my guuurl Emma but I promise ALL nail artists (Kelly, her husband etc) are all really amazing! Chill atmosphere looks like not much from the outside but the people inside are some of the most talented nail artists I feel so lucky to have discovered this place two years ago ❤️ they’ve had a loyal customer ever since!”
