“Avoid Seat Pleasant Wigs — Poor Service and Disrespect for Customers My experience at Seat Pleasant Wigs has been extremely disappointing. The owners have no regard for customer service or satisfaction. You are required to wear gloves just to touch a wig, and customers are not allowed to try on any wigs — not even the display pieces or when wearing a wig cap. This policy makes it impossible to know what you’re buying. The hair products are low quality and sourced from the cheapest vendors. It’s clear that profit, not people, is their priority. We need to be mindful of where we spend our money and support businesses that respect and value their customers.”

“March Madness- this store has three parts to its structural design. They are open for all your business $$$. The staff personnel is friendly. I had a hard time searching through their enormous stock. They have everything but I kinda felt some kinda way with their enormous inventory of red, yellow, green, lilac, purple, and blue colored hair products. Really, I can’t wear those colors in my head to work, I was specifically looking for warm brown tones, brown hues, brown colors for a more conservative cute styling. The prices varied for single to bundle packs of hair.i found something but they did not have my selections in inventory so it forced me to have to go, to two more stores in search of my desired hair style.”
