“The worst beauty supply store I’ve ever been in. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The customer service here is terrible. I was in the store for 35 minutes and asked for help with purchasing braiding hair. I was told someone would be with me shortly. I waited in the back of the store and no one ever came. Then I was told after 35 minutes of waiting that the store was closed and then I would have to come back tomorrow to purchase the hair. Wait! I’ve been in the store for 35 minutes waiting for assistance and now you’re telling me I gotta come back to buy hair tomorrow. Absolutely not. The owner was very rude and his I’m thinking his wife. Kept repeating Yes come back tomorrow. I also observed the way the owner walks around paranoid about people stealing something. I will never go into the store to purchase anything ever again. By looking at the reviews, this seems to be a standard for this establishment. There are much better be supply stores to shop in that have respectful customer service.”

“The older Asian woman who works in the store was literally starring at me the whole entire time while I was testing out perfumes. The perfumes are near the door, and I can understand why they would watch more intensely to make sure no one tries to walk out with any of them.. BUT, unless someone is ACTIVELY trying to steal then there is no need to STARE at someone the WHOLE entire time while they are trying to shop. Very rude and unprofessional. Stop racially profiling people!! Especially since the fact that y’all are poc yourselves. Lady you did all that unnecessary starring and was being judgmental, and just lost out on business. Smh, do better.”
