  “I have been going to princess off and on for years more like decades but this experience I will never come back there again . I called for knotless braided the owner I know very well But the stylist were rude nasty attitudes etc. I had to ask another hairstylist does my stylist have an attitude because I don’t want her doing my hair if her attitude is nasty so their are two people braiding my hair they are talking in . Their language about me because I said something about her attitude then my braids are horrible I contacted the owner and asked can they just fix my ends no response I would never come back I would not recommend them to anyone they started with curls hat was uneven and a mess I come home braid the hair up dip pit in water this is the end results I should not have had to rebrand my hair if this was done properly”

  “This place is going down bad, I’ve been going here for over 10 years and the past year the customer service has gotten bad. I schedule appointments the braided either don’t show up or have already started someone else hair. They are very rude and nasty. When I finally get in the chair and ask for knotless braid this is what they do. Cathy is the only one that is nice, and professional. I’m no longer giving them my money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.”
