“Very disappointed and would not recommend this salon. I came in asking for prices on highlights and layers, but the stylist avoided giving clear answers until she was already halfway through cutting my hair. The haircut I received was nothing like what I asked for—uneven, choppy, and much shorter than I requested. When I expressed my concern, she was very snarky and rude, insisting that’s what I wanted, which was not true. She even tried hiding the results by putting my hair in a ponytail. To make matters worse, she only revealed the $50 charge after the service. I reluctantly paid $45, but I regret it completely. Unprofessional and terrible experience overall.”
