  “I got my nails done earlier today in the late morning from when this review will be posted. I called in advance, a gentleman answered the phone, and I kindly asked if the famous Lan was available to do my nails. The gentleman kindly advised me that she could do all the design work but that someone else would do my fill. I told him I was totally ok with that and I would be over to the salon in the next 10 minutes. When I walked in I was kindly greeted by the gentleman I believe I spoke with on the phone. He reiterated to me that Lan would do my designs and that he would do my fill. I am a UV gel girl through and through. They swear the acrylic technique is the same as a gel fill but there is no UV curing involved except for the gel paint after the fill. I kindly asked for my nails to be reshaped from square to almond but leave the length. That did not happen. I lost most of my length and I was in the chair for what seemed like an extended amount of time. When it came time for the painting and design Lan was unable to step away from a pedicure she was involved with so Lily jumped in to do my designs. I showed a photo of the nails that I aspired to have but with burgundy instead of a mauve nude color. I appreciate Lily's efforts and the last time I came into the salon Lily did my entire service but I only got one solid color. No complaints from the previous visit. She did a great job. It sounds like Lan is the VIP of the salon but you are lied to about her availability so they essentially bait, and switch you with the false promises of her services to get you into the salon. I would have just rather been told she was not available and tried for a different day. After this second visit today resulting in the photos below with a nail snapping off when I was not being hard with my hands, it will be my last visit. My service was $55.00. I paid cash, I tipped Lily $10.00 cash, and the gentleman who did my fill $10.00 cash. Everyone was very kind. I just simply do not feel that the quality is worth the price I paid.”

  “Honestly this place is a joke. First when I sat down there was a dirty towel where they told me to sit. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t even give you a massage and rushed through everything she did. Also we made an appointment and didn’t get started for 25-30 minutes. We ended up staying for over two hours long. Then after they use the equipment they just rinsed it off they don’t soak anything in cleaner. As I’m sitting there, there was spiders, and bugs everywhere. The colors they have to choose from don’t match when they are layed out on your nail! I politely asked to have them re painted waited an additional 30 minutes for it and I offered to pay which was ridiculous they still made me pay the extra ten to have them repainted when I waited just as long to have them done. Then the lady took my polish off and burnt my toes because the tool was up so high! I said ouch more than three times and she kept grabbing my feet pulling it back to keep going I will absolutely never ever come back here and will not recommend this to anyone. I also feel bad because I’ve never had to write a bad review like this ever.”
