“Asked for a burst taper fade on Friday, walked out with the worst mullet. Idk if the guy I had was new to the shop or just old but all he did was shave my sides, he didn't touch the majority of my hair. As I'm getting off the chair I ran my fingers through my hair and he had left a clip in there. He didn't even fix it, even though now it was super uneven. I ended up going to my usual barber at Mario Antonio in Beverly, he said that my hair was so badly cut an uneven one of the other barbers should've stopped me at the door. I had also gotten burns on the back of my neck (from what I was told some barbers modify their clippers so the blades sit farther back and closer to the motor). It was so irritated I was still feeling it 24 hrs later and I wasn't able to get the back of my neck fully trimmed. I'm extremely disappointed. I went here instead of my normal spot bc it was closer and I thought they could handle my Hispanic hair. I guess not.”
