Customer Review Summary
Most reviewers return for the nail work itself, describing acrylics that hold up for weeks after previously breaking within days, and repeat visits over years for manicures and pedicures. Close behind is the spa pedicure experience, with reviewers describing hot paraffin foot soaks, warm towel wraps and hot stones on the legs, and staff accommodating a last-minute pedicure design change. Several single out particular technicians for consistently good acrylic sets. A recurring complaint centers on being ignored at the front desk, with one reviewer saying no one said hello and the pedicure painting was not done well, and a returning customer describing repeated brush-offs when trying to book follow-up appointments. That same reviewer describes the unequal treatment as feeling prejudiced, tied to race, though this is one individual's account rather than a described pattern. Most others report feeling welcomed, with one describing returning every four months for maintenance and leaving feeling like they'd left a day spa.

“I needed to get a pedicure for a wedding last Saturday. We stayed at the Residence Inn on Pleasant street in Bridgewater. I gooled nail salons near me, along with a Marshall's or Walmart and I ended up calling Lovely Nails & Spa in Raynham to see if they could take me. I had an 11 am appointment. It wasn't far from the hotel, but we passed no lie, 4 nail places on the same road. We get to Lovely Nails and it is the only open storefront in a strip mall that they are working on. It very sad and forlone from outside, shame on me for judging a book by it's cover. Inside was bright and beautifully clean. I never saw so many color choices all nice and sparkly on shelves across 2 whole walls. I got a Spa pedicure for $50.00. they put my feet in plastic baggies full of hot parafin and soaked them, they wrapped my legs from knees to toes in hot towels and used hot stones on my legs. I wanted the treatment for my whole body, LOL. they couldn't have been nicer and they did a great job. I wish I lived closer, I would be a regular client.”

“Tried lovely nails for the first time and was immediately turned off by walking in and no one saying hello or acknowledging me. I got a regular mani, pedi and the older woman didn’t do that great of a job painting them.”

“Have given this business and different techs multiple opportunities to merit my loyalty and patronage, but unfortunately receive differential treatment to other (preferred?) customers. Other customers walk in through the door and are greeted with a smile and greeting. Each time I’ve walked in, the first chair simply says, “Can I help you?” Knowing I am not a walk-in, but a returning customer, which instead of welcomed makes me feel as if I’m a bother. To book an appointment, other customers are willingly tended to by the techs and their appointments written in the scheduling notebook. When I’ve wanted to schedule a follow-up appointment, I am brushed off and told I can go online to schedule it v. being penciled in like other customers. These incidents are coming off as prejudice, and I dare say that, because in every scenario I’ve taken note of, the individuals receiving better treatment are of a particular race dominant to the town and city next door. When mistakes have been made on nail services and are pointed out by the customer, the techs become visibly upset and act offended - but I am still treating and speaking to you, the techs, with kindness and respect! Because we are all deserving of kindness and respect towards one another! Regardless of the mistakes, I still pay full price and tip the techs 20+%, because I get it’s your job and each of your thrives off tips. Disappointed overall.”

“Love coming here, they always do an amazing job. I leave feeling like I left a day spa. I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve helped improve my nails. My nails used to break all the time and would break 2 days after getting them done. Now they can last up to 4 weeks.”

“First visit and the people here were absolutely fantastic! Went along with the inspo picture perfectly and when I decided to switch up my pedicure design last minute they were very accommodating. Tina did both my feet and hands and was PHENOMENAL and patient! Will definitely come back! Thanks so much!”
