  “I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this experience should be shared. I came in for a regular service and simply asked the nail tech to file my nails a little more because the shape wasn’t even. I wasn’t rude, aggressive, or demanding…I just wanted them shaped the way I asked for. From the moment I made the request, her attitude shifted. She seemed irritated and acted as if my request was unreasonable. After asking her twice to even out the shape, she became visibly annoyed and after I paid, mind you with tip, she told me that I’m “picky,” so I “don’t have to come here anymore.” I was shocked because filing or adjusting shape is a normal part of getting your nails done, and I wasn’t asking for anything excessive. When I tried to handle it professionally by asking for her name so I could speak to management, she refused to tell me. That alone was very concerning, especially as a paying customer trying to address a problem the right way. I took a photo to help the owners identify who serviced me because I wasn’t given a name. I will also leave photos of my nails (done yesterday) so that you can be the judge and decide if my requests were unreasonable. I’m posting this so management and future clients are aware of how unprofessional this interaction was. A simple request should never result in a customer being dismissed or spoken to that way.”
