  “I used to love this place, I was getting full gel French manicures from Vivienne for years, which were rock solid and looked great, and decided for practical reasons to lay off the manicures. Fast forward a decade. I went in for a simple gel polish last weekend, and... it's like a different nail salon. The tech aplied uv gel all layers in one go, no curing, and didnt even apply topcoat all the way to the edges, after one week it is fracturing,and the bubbles from the layers reacting are visible. As is a smudge he made in the color layer, didn't fix, and then topcoated right over it. I can do UV gel at my house. I know how and have the tools. This was supposed to be a treat to myself. It came out juat as bad after a week than the DIY regular polish I had been wearing for almost a month. It is sad, this used to be an amazing nail place.”

  “I've been going to Lucky Nails for several years getting pedicures. Each time, I am happy with the service, price, and outcome of my pedicure. I went yesterday after having not been for the winter months, and noticed some positive changes. I was given a laminated menu of options for my pedicure, I was given a hot tea, my daughter (who was getting a kids' manicure) was given an organic mango juice box, and I was able to use my card to check out (previously it was cash only). I always recommend Lucky Nails for a pedicure, and with these changes, it's even better :)”

  “New owners are friendly, and they have a dedicated staff... some have been there for years. I neglected my nails for years because I was a busy mom. Now that I'm back working with the public, I wanted to take time to care for myself again but I was nervous about having nice nails after spending time getting them done. They get me in and out quickly, and my nails last 2-3 weeks, even with all the wear and tear they go through while I'm serving and taking care of customers. I know a lot of people love long nails, but I prefer mine short and they always come out so clean, polished, and beautiful. Bonus: they also have a loyalty card program. Highly recommend.”
