  “Basic pedicure. No polish, nothing fancy, just a clean look. Cut down so there’s no white. Including the soak, the whole process took about 15 minutes at the most. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Even the bottoms were still dirty. Will not return nor recommend.”

  “25 min pedicure, too rushed. The most concerning is how unclean it is. Doesn’t use liners in their rubs, watched her “wash” the equipment used to remove dead skin off your feet and she barely rinsed and scrubbed it. Should be flagged by the health department”

  “Went in for a regular manicure last weekend. The lady did a terrible job and clearly did not care, nor did she put any effort in. She didn’t scrape cuticles, did not do much to trim them, and flew through polishing them. There was still old polish under my new pink tint. The TJ t was applied unevenly and some parts of my nails were not polished at all. I did complain and they acted like nothing was wrong. Then they offered to “fix it”. At that point, I was so frustrated and uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave, but not before telling them to give people their money’s worth. At the rate she wax working, they were charging 125 an hour. Disgrace. I won’t go back.”

  “Suzie did an amazing job with my gel nails. I hardly ever get my nails done but wanted a baby light pink color I haven’t been able to find on my own. The owner helped me find the color & I couldn’t be happier! Everyone was friendly & easy to talk to. Would definitely go back!”

  “Place was filthy, pets running around, wouldn't dare put my feet in pedicure tub, smelly rugs, don't recommend, I'm a 25 year cosmetologist from cape cod and South Florida, my standards are much higher than what am experiencing in Gardner MA still trying to find a clean salon, geez”

  “This place is awesome! Very easy to schedule an appointment if you call. Kelly did acrylic overlays for me and they turned out beautifully. The salon is clean and cute inside and everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.”
