  “A very warm welcoming environment. Has new owners so wasn't pushing sales at the end. The stylist Laella felt welcoming, friendly, and wanted to make sure that I left with hair that I loved. Anything I wanted changed she did and took advice on how I wanted things done. She is going to be great stylist and asset to Neatbeat Salon.”

  “Aynslee was so sweet and professional! She took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave me different options so I felt comfortable with every decision. She was easy to talk to, made the whole experience enjoyable, and I never felt rushed. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!”

  “So we achieved the colour I wanted for the most part. I would have like to see it more icey and cool but I can live with it and be more specific on my next visit. The thing I’m most disappointed is I ended up getting the GK hair treatment I waited the proper 48 hours as advised to wash my hair and it’s been 5 days now since the treatment and my hair is already frizzy. I’m not sure if maybe perhaps this applies to all GK hair treatments but I had read online after the fact that the product is supposed to sit for 15-60 mins before blow drying it and my hair was blow dried immediately after the treatment and maybe this is why my hair hasn’t taken to it very well? This was my first time ever getting this treatment but at $165 I would definitely expect a better result from it. On another note, I was super happy with how well I was treated by the staff and how friendly mackayla was she made me feel super comfortable about using a new stylist after being with the same one for 10+ years in Canada **update** I was contacted by the lovely owner of Neatbeat, Danielle contacted me and booked me in for a redo gk hair treatment. I greatly appreciate the prompt customer service ❤️❤️”
