“I came for a trip and wanted to get my nails done, never been in the area accidentally put the wrong address in when looking for a nail salon. It was meant to be that! I walked in nervous! The workers and even the customers made me feel so welcome! The lady that did my nails was amazing!!! Wish I would have gotten her name! We talked like we were best friends! Getting to know her and she took amazing care of me! I would be more than happy to travel back or even move to Salina just to go back and get my nails done. She picked out the design and it’s my favorite by far! Simple but beautiful !”

“I’ve been a regular customer here for a while and have spent a lot of money at this salon over time, including tipping well when I’ve had good experiences, which is why this situation was especially disappointing. I paid $60 for a chrome set that was clearly not done properly. Several nails had bubbles, rough texture, uneven surfaces, and missing chrome along the sides. While I was still at the salon, I actually did mention the bubbles to the nail tech, and the manager was standing there when I brought it up. I was told it would be fixed, so I trusted the process and left. Once I got home and saw the nails in better lighting, I realized how bad they really looked. When I came back to ask for them to be corrected, I felt like I was being blamed for not noticing every issue before leaving, even though I had already said something at the appointment. The manager repeatedly pointed to signs saying they aren’t responsible once you leave the salon, which felt unfair considering these were application issues that were already there, not damage that happened afterward. The second tech did fix the nails and the final result looked much better, but the overall attitude and defensiveness from management made the experience uncomfortable. I wasn’t asking for free service — I simply wanted the quality of work I originally paid for. As a regular customer, I expected a little more professionalism and understanding.”
