“I went to get a full set here because my friend recommended Ryan, and my experience was not really good. First of all, when I walked in he was giving someone a foot service, and I did not see him wash his hands before starting on me which was very concerning to me. He also kept filing the sides of my real nail to the point where I was flinching my hand back, and he kept doing it— He did it like ten times. And didn’t say sorry once. I fr almost cried because he was doing that so much. I had to tell him that he was hurting me (as if it wasn’t obvious from my snatching my hand away)… and still did it a few times. But he did great nail artwork. But, my thumbs were uneven/crooked. I asked him to file it to fix it and I showed him how crooked it was, but he proceeded to file UNDER the nail so that ended up not getting fixed, which made me pretty upset because I had paid $65 for these nails and they weren’t even the right shape. Don’t think I would come back here.”

“I had pedi/mani for $85.00. My hands were regular polish and toes gel. My toe nails were longer, I said trim only but they do not speak any English so you can see how short he cut them and made them bleed! Now the hands, polish didn't make it a full day. I went back in after work, they said oh no you to much water do gel! Noo not water bad job/polish so they were mad and redid it with a BAD attitude and they still did a scrappy job. When I was there yesterday there were two others complaining. Just bad service period!!”
