  “My honest review, I went in wanting a full set, something simple, just French tips. And I left without getting anything done. The place was clean, the staff was friendly. I’m leaving 2 stars because of the wait time, and I left with a cut on my finger. I called before hand to ask if walk ins were possible. They said yes, I drove 30 minutes out to get my nails serviced and while I was waiting for 15 minutes and 3 others came in after me, I was sat down first at 6:15 and they drilled stained hair dye off my nails, and in the process was cut. Took them 3 minutes, Staff then sat down others and started servicing them while I sat in the chair for 45 minutes, I ended up leaving at 7pm with my nails not done, my finger cut and my time wasted. If you have the time to wait over an hour to get your nails serviced after sat then by all means but I believe customer time needs to be considered.”

  “I wouldn’t even give this place a one star after today but unfortunately I had to just to leave a review. I use to like this shop but after today I will take my business elsewhere. And unless u enjoy being treated like crap as well your child for absolutely no reason then by all means enjoy. After speaking in there language bout me and my child who was just sitting there waiting patiently to get our feet done the women tells me that my daughter will have to sit in a chair that is on wheels. Now keep in mind she has always been able to sit on my lap with no issue many times before that when I been in this shop. Now all of a sudden today the husband gets mad cause the glass table was accidentally it when the nail polish was set down on the table and then the wife wants to have an issue with me cause I do not want my child sitting in a chair that she can fall out of and hurt her self. So she informs me that next time I need to leave my kid out of their shop. On top of the fact they had my child crying cause she didn’t know why they was being so mean to her. Well I kindly informed her and her husband if it’s an issue I can go else where with my business and give my money to another nail salon and I did just that. If you are gonna run a business you need to learn how to treat others with respect. We are paying customers and just as well as u want and deserve respect so do we. One unsatisfying pissed off mama.”

  “So I went only a week ago and this guy did my nails. And first off I wanted a rose pattern because I changed my mind from a heart and I guess it was too difficult for him to do because he said that if I get the heart instead he'll give me $5 off. So I went with it but he didn't even even out the heart and he didn't fill it in. One week later the nail ALREADY came off!! I didn't even bump it! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!”

  “they were rushed and look like they have vains or something under them. Barely filed them or anything was rushing my hands back and forth just to get me out of there and they weren’t even busy and for 65$!!! Crazy. The craziest part is I just went there only 1 other time before got something just like this but a different color and a longer length and it was 55$ so how if these are shorter and the exact same is it $65 feel like they make up prices as they go.”

  “I visited the nail salon at 7:13 pm, eager to get a full set. However, upon entering, I noticed the two nail technicians conversing in their native language. Despite my request, they continued to communicate in their native language, making me feel unwelcome. When I asked about the service, they instructed me to return the following day. I informed them that I would be out of town, but they refused to make an exception. Unfortunately, the customer service was subpar.”
