“Always had good experiences here so I gave a 4 for that. Then yesterday afternoon I had a mani/pedi. The tech talked me into a color that was cute but I kinda wanted a different color, totally on me for caving She wanted .to match hands & toes & I usually don't care if it matches. That being said, it was cat eye & as she was finishing she discovered the particles that are supposed to move were not so it looked like matte, not cat eye. She says something to another woman & she brings her this burnt orange color & she paints it over the bright almost neon orange I had. Never offered to take the color off. Now I have a color I totally NEVER would've picked & you can totally tell it's 2 tone w/cat eye across it AND my toes still don't match. Like I said, matching isn't the problem here being pushy about the color, insisting they match, & then in the end getting a different color & nothing matching ticked me off. I pd $125 after tip for this. I've been going for a few years. I'm not going back. I spent too much to have this happen even if it's 1 time. I'll try another place.”

“Service is Ok, Some are, friendly and Some are not! each nail tech does things different differently there’s no real consistency. So I never know what I’m gonna get Sometimes it looks good and sometimes it Looks just OK sometimes I have to go home and fix things. The one thing I do complain about is that every time I go in for a full set and polish it’s $70 Doesn’t matter what I do to my nails it’s always $70 And I tip pretty well! I just can’t afford it! I remember in the days I used to spend $25 getting my full set. Of course I understand inflation but that’s ridiculous. Other places I go and it’s 45. They are definitely price gouging!!!!”

“I’ve been coming to Ivy nails for about three years now, I usually get my nails done by Lan Tran or Mickey, but everyone who works there does a great job in my experience. They are always courteous, do a great job, and take their time! All the tools are either properly sterilized or they are single use and get thrown out after each customer, I feel they are very clean. They do get pretty busy on the weekends, I recommend an appointment if you’re trying to get your nails done on a Saturday. I pay $40 for a regular pedicure, and I feel like that’s very reasonable. Great group of ladies, lovely local business that I enjoy supporting!”
