She gave me a caramel blonde balayage and highlights just like I wanted. Not to mention, she was very kind and sweet throughout the day. Thank you!”

  “I came in with long, virgin black hair, hoping for a honey brown balayage with natural-looking dimension. Instead, I left feeling completely disappointed after spending $730 total. After my first visit, my hair had black chunks on top and the ends were brown with copper and red tones. That isn’t what I wanted. I felt pressured to keep my roots black, even though I originally asked for a softer dark brown blend like a true balayage. I went in again to fix it, and her solution was to lighten my entire head, since she couldn’t just fix the black parts and had to lift the uneven red tones. on day two, I literally walked out with blonde hair… which was the opposite of what I wanted. On day three, she tried to tone it down to a dark brown — and in bad lighting it sort of looks that way? But in sunlight, or good lighting it has grey, yellow hues and golden specks — nothing close to the rich, honey-toned brown I asked for originally. The result is a damaged blonde-brunette with tones of yellow and grey that I never asked for. I’m beyond disappointed because I spent SO MUCH MONEY here only to get something that I wasn’t asking for. I even gave her 3 attempts to make my hair the way I wanted and it just didn’t hit the mark. I was polite and patient throughout the process, but last week I came in with beautiful shiny black hair and today i’m embarrassed by it. If you’re looking for a place to give you something difficult such as balayage or something with depth I would be cautious of coming here. My hair is very important to me and it’s ruined.”

  “I had an absolutely amazing experience with LeNaia, I came in with no knowledge on hair color and she walked me through the entire process and helped me make informed decisions on my hair! When it came to picking the color I was extremely involved, we mixed a couple different shades together to get the perfect purple I wanted. I also have to add that the salon was very clean and welcoming, everyone I met was super nice. I recommend LeNaia and this salon to everyone!”
